Brookfield Residences is a modern apartment home community located in Manhattan, Kansas. Brookfield is optimally located nine minutes north of Downtown, 10 minutes south of Tuttle Creek State Park, and four minutes from Kansas State University. On-site amenities include a clubhouse that residents can reserve for parties and family gatherings, a swimming pool for cooling off on hot summer days, a children’s playground, a basketball court, a laundry facility, multiple picnic areas with charcoal grills, all set in a mature, park-like setting. Our apartment homes all feature central heating and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen equipped with an oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double-basin sink with a garbage disposal. Additionally, each home includes full-size washer and dryer hookups, a private entrance, and a patio or balcony. Every home is neutrally decorated and comes finished with carpet, vinyl, and window coverings throughout. For residents’ peace of mind, we have management and maintenance staff on-site Monday through Friday, with emergency maintenance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Pet Policy

Residents are welcome to bring up to two pets, each weighing up to 30 lbs. There is a one-time, fully refundable pet deposit of $400 for up to two pets. Additionally, there is a nonrefundable fee of $225 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25 for each pet. Some breed restrictions apply; contact us for details.
