To kick off 2014 with a bang; Brookfield Residences have extended their Deposit Only Special into January 2014 meaning you pay deposit only, $590 for two bedroom homes and $675 for three bedroom homes until Friday, January 31, 2014 and nothing else until Saturday, February 1, 2014 after submitting to and passing our background, credit and rental history checks, see qualifying criteria here (Key Management Qualification Guidelines) and here (Tax Credit Qualification Guidelines).
You can download/print the application packet here; but you will need to drop by Country Meadow Residences with a non-refundable payment of $30 per adult (18+) applicant for us to be able to process your application.
